1. The tennis facilities are for the owners, owner's guests, lessees and lessee's over-night guests only.

2. Only one court can be reserved per unit.

3. Play is allowed from 8:00 AM to sunset.

4. Courts may be reserved up to 48 hours in advance.

5. Appropriate tennis clothing and shoes must be worn. Shirts are required at all times.

6. Court time is limited to a total of one hour for singles and one and 1/2 hour for doubles, if others are waiting to play.

7. Commercial use of Tennis Courts is prohibited.
