Door Stiling - Main frame from tubular extrusion 6063-T25 with 2 5/8" face and 1" nominal thickness of frame as standard with manufacturer.
Cross Rail (mullion) - from tubular extrusion 6063T-52 with a 3 3/16" face and 1" nominal thickness of frame as standard with manufacturer.
Wire Cloth - 18 X 14 X .013" alclad aluminum.
Z-BAR - Doors shall be pre-hung on an extruded aluminum "Z" bar sub-frame for ease of installation and shall have a top drip cap. Sealed from weather with wool pile.
Kick Panel - .062" thick aluminum kick plate anchored with plated steel screws on 8" centers.
Corners and intersections of door stilling welded by the inert gas process. No screws shall be exposed on the exterior of the door for maximum protection.
Two (2) pair stainless steel hinges with oilite bearings, latch (with exterior handle and interior locking mechanism with anti-lockout feature), adjustable heavy-duty pneumatic type door closer, zinc plated steel wind chain with spring and adjustable bottom expanded channel with a vinyl sweep. Key locks are optional.
All welded areas dressed smooth. Aluminum to be cleaned and primed and painted with electrostatically applied baking enamel. White.
