SCREEN DOOR APPROVAL FORM
Under our governing documents, The Sands of Marco Condominium Association, Inc.
(the Association) requires all owners wishing to install screen doors
to obtain written approval from the Association prior to installation. This policy
is necessary to protect the Association from inconsistent application of various screen doors.
All installations must meet the specifications listed on the Screen Door Specifications document.
Contact the Property Manager with any questions.
NO CONTRACTOR MAY ENTER THE PROPERTY AND INSTALL SCREEN DOORS WITHOUT WRITTEN APPROVAL OF
THE BOARD ON THIS REQUEST FORM.
IT IS UNDERSTOOD SCREEN DOORS WILL BE ALUMINUM ALLOY WITH A WHITE ENAMEL FINISH WITHOUT
ANY GRILL AS SHOWN IN THE SKETCH OF THE SCREEN DOOR SPECIFICATION.
