SHUT OFF VALVE REPLACEMENT:
Many owners are interested in replacing their shut off valves with the single lever valve,
which is highly recommended. Since water to an entire area or the whole complex needs to be
shut off in order to do this, Tim has suggested that one morning a week be set up for this for
several weeks, in order to allow the plumbers to work on a number of units. If you are
interested, call your plumber and have him coordinate with Tim on a date and time.
GUESTS:
The original prospectus specifically defines ‘guest’ as it relates to a unit as one who
occupies a unit on a temporary basis at the invitation of the owner, without payment
consideration. ‘Occupy’ means to spend two or more days, including overnight. All other
persons, who are not owners, are tenants or lessees.
