Sales Requirements:
Application with transfer fee of $100. Board approval and satisfactory background check required. Application and check must be submitted at least 20 days before the closing. The Application for Sale may be printed from the Sands web site.
Lease Requirements:
For leases up to and including 4 months, an Application for Lease Approval is required, with a lease processing fee of $100. For leases longer than 4 months, a $750 security deposit is also required. The Application for Lease may be printed from the Sands web site. The Application and related fees must be received no less than 15 business days prior to occupancy, or a fine may be levied against the unit.
Occupancy Limits:
The total number of occupants permitted overnight in a unit is limited to 6. Lease agreements may provide for lower occupancy limits.
Pet Policy:
An owner may keep one small pet, of a normal domesticated household type (such as a cat or dog), whose weight does not exceed 15 pounds. The pet
must be carried under the owner's arm or be leashed at all times while on condominium property outside
the unit. Lessees may not have pets.
Registration Requirements: All owners, guests, and lessees must register within 24 hours of arrival. Registration cards and parking permits are available at the Sands’ office. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing by the Association at the owner’s expense.
