The condominium documents of The Sands of Marco Condominium Association, Inc. provide that all units are for single residence only. The lessee must be one natural person. No pets of any kind are allowed in leased units. The total number of overnight occupants during leases of less than three (3) months is limited to a maximum of six (6) people, and for leases of three (3) months or longer, to a maximum of four (4) people.
